had a twinge of pity for the cagers stuck in a jam that extended all the way fom brixton hill to victoria and beyond. like the rest of us on pushbikes - it soon passed.

lots of pavement mtb heroes flying off kerbs into the traffic
This I spied.
It was chaos out there.
and this..
I don't normally subscribe to the 'strike-chaos' chat but this morning was silly. Somebody dropped thier entire bag in the middle of the waterloo bridge/strand junction. A bus ran over it.

Does it end tomorrow? I need to make sure it's safe before venturing out

madness on the roads this morning around the aldgate. Too many people sitting angrily in silly tin boxes making a noise with their horns and cussing each other. Strangeness.
The pleasant high five from multigrooves near tower bridge helped set the day up nicely. Good to see you festus!

Commute was as usual until Borough/London bridge - from there through city was a bit more car heavy. Lots of people clearly not used to driving through London; not looking, being in the wrong place etc. Only two visible stryclists though, everyone else seemed to be their usual nodder selves.

I got up showered and changed into normal clothes, looking forward to a cafe coffee and reading a book on Central Line, when Mal wakes up and says Tube Strike. ARGH! Oh well, another commute in the bank. Saw: Lots of people going backwards, attempted 'racing' of borisbikes, traffic. Zzzzz

Tossers everywhere, special mention goes to the guy on a red Olmo conversion on Old St, riding all over the road at about 2 miles an hour, making a bad situation, worse. Who the fuck rides in Timberlands anyway?

Left at 7am, no dramas,
Also spotted the big boss (VB) on the green machine on Piccadilly, I was coming down a side street as you went past, recognised the bike before you - then lost you in the traffic (for it was mighty) -

Shit commute this morning. Pillocks everywhere. I got undertaken by a motorbike and had to use every bit of self discipline not to wack him round his farking helmet at the next set of lights. Calmness prevailed..... this time.

• #31592
I was undertaken too, twice...both times by cyclists. Drives me mad

Last night followed a guy on a blue brakless conversion / rolls saddle / wonky Rapha cap from Borough to Shoreditch High St, a couple of roadies were amused by your trackstanding at Great Eastern St. Then you ran a red light turning onto Hackney Road with about ten others, only to be followed by a motorbike cop, did you get away?
Then saw huge amounts of police dotted around booking cyclists all the way to Dalston. -
