i'd only done about 20 miles in total all day, maybe 12 at that point in about 40 minutes or so. low-blood sugar i suppose.
i need to htfu. going to ventoux in under two weeks, i'm going to die.

One time Vivienne Westwood muse Sara Stockbridge, unlocking her Halfords step-through MTB at the Prince Regent in Herne Hill while I was enjoying 'Solitary, it's lovely to be outside wearing a t-shirt and not being at work reading The Guardian cover-to-cover' beers...
She was my '10' when I was a teenager... I still would, given half a chance... :P
She didn't even clock my hip-hop slave bike?!? ;) -

Christ on a bike, she's BULLET!! AND in my old local. How times have changed, she wouldn't have been in there over 3yrs ago before they trendied it up. Wonder where she lives then?

I thought I heard someone call, couldn't place where it came from though.
It was a beautiful day for a ride, and my girlfriend and I were just seeing the sights and visiting a couple of bike shops in town.
