Spotted Shinscar in Borough this morning, as I helped a fellow rider who had had a little run in with a blue sticker of death driver. Just to let you know Ray those police were not for me this time.
Good work Mate, let's keep everyone safe out there...

guy on a fort track bike with sloping top tube. lo-pro stylee. seen you round elephant a few times now. Also, guy on a possibly maroon jobby, deep section wheels. Bike looked the business apart from you were cycling on the pavement down the old kent road, coasting, without a rear brake. (just before trafalgar road I think)
Is the Fort Yellow?

Nah, it's a dark silvery grey, with white bar tape/grips and reasonably high gear.

Are you implying I ride an unreasonably low gear?
-
• #28586
Not at all! A cursory glance as I pedalled on by suggested he was running a full-on track gear.
From this I deduce that you ride a sensibly geared yellow fort lo pro? -

Nice chap on a pink Colnago with Brixton Cycles cap - Kennington / Waterloo.
I was admiring your Belk bag.
-
• #28588
Are you sure he was *on* the Colnago - or just walking with it?
-
• #28589
Definitely on it. Riding it even.

My wife tells me she has seen this dude several times before.

At lunchtime a guy on a hybrid standing on the top tube and handlebars, arms outstretched in full surf style, going the wrong way up Endell Street.

I spotted Dave Creasy in Waitrose in Beckenham this afternoon. I only realised it was him afterwards as the lack of a VCL hat and top and a bunch of keys dangling from his waist threw me.
-
• #28597
Shit! Who let him out of his locker in HH? Someone should check up on Rob, he'll be lonely and worried.

Some guy every morning on the Old Kent Road who looks like he is about 8 foot tall with legs longer than my whole body, wearing what looks like lycra shorts he has cut down himself to basically be hotpants....
It's a bold look.
