  • Good, he's on the forum then (but I don't recall meeting him).

I've got high res photo if you want for your mum or something.

not sure if he's actually on the forum.
its a nice shot, did you take it?

  • Is that a lo pro with drops?

  • Is that a lo pro with drops?

I know that lo pros are mainly ridden with risers now, but were they not originally intended to be ridden with drops?

  • Anybody from here? Good look.

i saw him today in London Fields is Toby!!!
    i love this picture

  • Yes, nice pic EEI!

  • Yes, not bad. That's why I'm asking - not many people have pictures of themselves while riding.

  • i know him, i can tell him next time i see him

  • Met Balki at LMNH, he is real!

  • picts!!!!

  • Met Balki at LMNH, he is real!

He looks just like hippy. Same person. No picture, no proof.

  • Maximum respect to the guy riding the holdsworth (i think) at 4am on sunday morning wearing a kigu! We did that kind of race where you pretend your not racing all the way from stoke newington to near tower bridge then i turned off home.

  • You're so right, I should have recorded that event, now it's just a moment in time spiralling away from me like a sixties T.V. effect...

  • met balki at lmnh, he is real!

    Lies!!!

  • Mass group of nodders heading out of Leyton, one on a Felt Z45 carbon thingy, every single one of them jumping every red light whilst Olympic site traffic dodged them. Absolutely terrifying.

Was the twat on the Felt, riding one in Garmin team colours? Got undertook not too far from there last week in a ridiculousy stupid move as he came off the pavement, then at the next lights he tried to do a track stand before almost falling off and taking me out for a second time in a couple of hundred metres.

  • Oh yeah, hael, spotted locking or unlocking at the Distillers.

I thought about stopping but I'd carried a mixer from Limehouse to Putney and was on way to Ealing so thought my spine would prefer me to say 'fuck it' than stop.

Don't think he was in racing colours, but he probably wouldn't have stopped to trackstand. I'm half tempted to check that road every day now for shattered carbon fibre and blood.

Typical. I'm going there this evening. I still do not believe.

  • Geezer at Waterloo this morning with a double aerospoke on a MTB! >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

  • There does appear to be an element of gender confusion in this post. Are you sure it was a "dick" that you saw?

Meh. Gender's just a construct. But yes, it was a dick.

I commuted on my fixed for the first time in aaaages this morning. Geared down to 65" it was nice & spinny for the 'hills'. I kept up a decent pace, which often confuses people (it's evidently an 'old' bike, with full 80s Bluemels 'guards). I was lucky enough to meet up with another fixed/ss rider (Plug, I think) down in Mitcham (there's very rarely any at all beyond about Balham), and he followed me up to Tooting. Some very cool machines out on the road this morning round Stockwell.

  • Khornight and Hamsandwich at Stockwell, Hello!

Gonna steal this as my new cycling look.

What? You had me so excited for a minute. The interweb says it's 2015. October 2015.

Unless you're mr tickle.... I think traditionally pursuit bars, or bullhorns as some people call em. Anyways, i was just being a miserable old man. Ride whatever you want I suppose.
