Perhaps friendly, tool-equipped, and/or mechanically able forum folk might be in the vicinity? Why not ask? Or is it a total fail that can't be fixed easily?

'Frites'. It's 'frites' over there. I know you've probably had a hard period of adjustment from 'fries' to 'chips' but there's yet another different world out there. :)

Some Dude in a red T-shirt on a all black Surly 1x1 (SS) riding up Theobalds Rd this morning. You looked to be built like a brick shithouse and so did your bike. Total awesomeness. And riding a damn load faster than most people too.

On Sat spotted a girl in Church St Stoke Newington on a fuji with pink rims. See her all the time.
On Sunday I spotted a girl with black hair near the Blind Beggar on a lovely pink Mercian. Jelus. Then a guy coming out of the Globe Estate on a yellow track thing but with the TINIEST HANDLEBARS EVER. It was amazing.
This morning saw a fellow on a tidy blue Fred Baker track bike, nicely built, really classic looking.
I imagine they're on here. Hello!
Spotted Hippy and BDW in Rubaix, eating chips in the sunshine.
I didn't spot them riding in the thunder/lightning and raindrops the size of kittens storm, but I did spot myself doing this and they looked like they'd been dunked repeatedly in a pave' lined pool.
