Spotted by me and fluff this morn: we approach Waterloo bridge / Strand lights, just gently overtaking a pootling scruffster (scruffy but hip) dude on one of those Gangster Attitude bikes (or whatever the fuck they are called: you know, orange frame, cowhorn risers, sprung saddle, the fixie cruiser shite OTP). We stop at front of ASL, chatting, in a decent position to make clear we're heading for the little cyclepath that crosses the walkway there, heading up Bow Street. He does that awkward shuffle in front thing with his feet, still on saddle, to get in front of us. Dick. Then creeps over, RLJing in the very long pause betweeen traffic phases there, many do it. He's heading for the cycle path too. There are dayglo cycle cops standing right there giving someone else a ticket. He somehow fails to see them.
I laughed at you as we passed, in a real schoolyard 'shame, sussed, nyarr nyarr' way. I am not proud of this. I couldn't help myself.
Sorry you got a ticket, you plonker.
Also, me draughting a bus past a fancy roadie yesterday uphill near New Cross. I was doing about 25. Dangerous. Bad Skully.

ru, were you going the other way? I was head-down in a rush delivering the passports my wife had forgotten before taking the kids to France...
I was at the Kings Ave lights, waiting like a good cyclist. You were looking in the zone.
I yelled at you, but you ignored me so I felt foolish.

Spotted Slamm last night on the OKR, and shared a brief Howdy, and a very brief ride. Good to see you.
Yep, good to see you too - sorry I couldn't keep up on my polo gearing!

Good to see ya, Rich... Took the wheel off only to realise that the tyre was a goner so had to wheel myself back to BC for new rubber... See you for some World Cup Effra sessions?

Me turning left onto Kingsway from High Holborn this morning, getting high fived by a pedestrian as I signalled while going round the corner! Made my morning.

It amazes me when people do this, I was sat at the lights by Angel tube heading south the other morning as this guy wobbled over the ASL in front of two cops in high vis vests. The rest of us waiting at the ASL were incredulous, actually had a rare moment of chat between various commuter types as none of us could believe what a dick he was.
p.s - 25 uphill, that's impressive! I love drafting buses, but it is dangerous isn't it :(

Well, felt like 25. Was probably less! Yes, drafting is stooopid.

This ^ is wicked! I have high fived people trying to hail cabs as I've been riding past. Random hi 5s are cool.

I latched onto the rear bumper of a massive, dirty HGV last weekend, up a hill in Lewisham. Pretty safe, bailed as soon as it got scary.

Yeah, I think that musical does draw the fucking brain-dead cunts that think 'going to a show' is the height of really living it up in London's Famous London.

Going along bird cage walk towards hyde park last night there was a moped bloke using his iphone and swerving all over the shop.
I was actually a couple cyclists behind him and got fucked off when he pulled off at some lights and nearly swerved into the guy infront of me so put my foot down to catch him at the next lights to tell him what a cunt he was, he genuinly couldn't see what the problem was.
I was so close to taking his phone off him and chucking it over the fence of the guards musuem on the left.
