it was object, hippy, tiswas and myself on the train
we were discussing the need for copper slip on seat posts/headsets esp with ti on ti interface
all my seatposts are thomson so not a problem, the ti fixed has a ti chris king headset - the ultimate in stupid bling as it weighs more than the usual one and has the potential to seize into the frame
digger should have been with us too, but he is fail personified (he had work on a saturday)
I could'a been a contender...

Was taking pictures whilst waiting for a friend Saturday week past when this colourful chap strayed in front of my camera.
If you're on here, you cut a serious dash through the throng:-)

bloke and lady walking bikes across Vauxhall bridge this morning, about 9.30.
Good call for boycotting the Vauxhall junction/bridge of cycle death. It was an absolute misery of aggressive driving and idiot cyclists today.

as always, i come from victoria way and the amount of coaches / white vans that career into the cycle lane (NB seriously the only place you can be) is scary.

yup, had a guy in a van clip my back wheel today. Was awesome. So glad I only have to commute from my girlfriends house every now and again... My normal journey involves cutting through St Johns Wood and pootling around Regents Park

spotted this morning: a lovely bloke who helped me to wrestle my chain from where it had stuck itself in between the sprocket and the hub after jumping off. This chap just wandered over, donned my gloves and sorted me out, saving me from walking home, since having just 'popped out' I was without even a lock, let alone tools of any kind. Thank you kind person.

The GB cycling team in Copenhagen airport. I didn't ask them to do a skid as they didn't have any bikes on them. But mainly because I distracted by Shanaze Reade...

I'm not entirely sure how that impacts the ability of the others to do a skid or not... In any case they seemed in good spirits.
Maybe I've missed the point of your post and had a sense of humour fail...

Thanks to the three guys I had a mini race into town with this morning - guy on gears, guy on a blue On One fixed and guy on a red fixed Mercian. We raced from Highbury corner down Rosebury Avenue to Clerkenwell Road. I declare the On One the winner. Great morning fun in the sun - Thanks Guys
