Flounce?
It's rather the point of this thread to spot people outside the forum, isn't it? ;)

Spotted, a guy on a Lemond having to take evasive action and mount he pavement on the Walworth Road this morning around 0835 to avoid a lorry that decided to change lanes without indicating. I took it upon myself to have a word with the driver when he stopped at the lights at the junction with Albany Road on your behalf. To his credit, the driver was apologetic for his manouvere.

Spot Round up.
Rik on Tower Bridge the other day
Flickwg on shiny new Bianchi at BC yesterday
Hillbilly at E&C this morning
Cornygrooves in KenningtonOh and I saw the Nodder doppleganger of Edscoble the other week in Tooting, full flouro, hybrid, helmet, same hair, beard, glasses - even had hearing aids undertaking large traffic and generally riding like a tit. I was about to stop him to ask what the fuck he was doing - then realised it wasn't Ed. It was a real cornygrooves moment, absolute spitting image. Havent seen him since. Ed are you sure it wasn't you in ninja nodder mode?

Indeed it was (is)! You were also waiting patiently for the people to scurry across, shame it was in opposite directions. Nice to see you!

You thought wrong. I just decided to take the piss out of people even more and generally annoy the shit out of people that I dislike. If you can beat 'em, Piss 'em off. -

S It was a real cornygrooves moment, absolute spitting image.
i had like, 3, 'cornygrooves' moments yesterday.
doppelgangers of:
clefty, wearing a motocycle helmet on a bike that looked just like yours on stoke newington rd
stelle, helping someone with directions on Kingsland Rd
and chainbreaker being a courier on bishopsgate. i knew it wasn't you, because you iz a fakenger.i also wasn't wearing my glasses. on closer inspection, they looked nothing like any of you.
then two real spots:
skoota newington butts
teenslain yelling 'nice wheels blud' on atlantic road. -

This morning loads and loads of police at the junction of essex road and upper street waiting to catch RLJers.
Been caught out there before so was wise to their ways and waited like a good boy for the glacially slow light-cycle that takes a good 90 seconds on "all red" while there's no traffic coming in any direction due to the timing of adjascent lights... during this interminable wait i asked one of the police officers there, "So are you lot all her because this is a particularly dangerous junction then?" she replied, "yeah it's not about tickets... there have been so many accidents here". I indidated disbelief (facially) and rode away form the deserted junction to nearly be squashed by a lorry changing lanes in the mess of lights, crossroads and heavy traffic of the Angel roadworks...
Now call me cynical but I'd have thought the junction of Liverpool Rd and Islington High St or Angel itself are much more dangerous juctions due to the speed, intensity and complex nature of the traffic. I suspect that they were only there because it is a quiet little bit where there's rarely much morning rush hour traffic, trying to catch cyclists skipping the very slow lights on a usually empty bit of road.
Anyone got any statistics on these junctions?

Saying
Saying you "work in the city" also defines you as a cunt.
also defines you as a cunt
But I do work in the city. Not "in the city" in the city, just in the city. It just happens to be where my employer rents office space. Not my fault if that's what the area is called.
Not saying I'm not necessarily a cunt, mind you. Just not because of that.

Give the cunt a break, you know he's only talking about the cunts in the city. We all know "working in the city" is a byword for cunting about with cunts in stripey blazers, and is not to be taken literally.
