Yeah that was me, i love wearing my pant's over my trousers normally but mummy told me off so decided that wearing tight... oooooh.... lycra.....ooooooh.... over my jeans would be less offensive, apologies if you were shocked, do you want to come round and play with my pump?
EDIT- Actually i wasn't in Peckham at that time so probably wasn't me.

nimhbus
hippy
MrSmith racing is banned on public roads, there is a 20mph speed limit in richmond park.
Lucky my speedometer is set to kph then..
well, not really..if your speedo reads 20, then you're only going about 13 mph
60kph actually.. but the point is.. I don't have a device on my bike that tells me the speed in miles - is it still possible to 'break the law by speeding' in this case?
What about bikes with no speedo? How are you supposed to adhere to a speed limit? Surely it's just for cars, although someone did tell me cyclists get busted there some times..
Anyone? -

Look out Tornado Tom. Another Australian threat...
You just go back to your walking commute and leave the cyclists be.

Anyone?
the answer is ; Technically you are supposed to stick to the speed limit, but i have been through the speed traps in RP at more than 20 plenty of times, what are they going to do? take your registration number? they might tell you off, but basically you and BMMF can duel to the death for Ultimate Park Supremacy, and they won't really mind. Ignore that nasty old Mr. Smith, he's just a killjoy.

Nooooo i want to come down and watch too! Can't you do it on saturday? Alternatively can you have a rematch on saturday?
Er back to the thread:
Today I spotted a white lo-pro frame apparently unguarded outside brixton tube station - bad idea, until i saw the owner return from whatever sundry task he had engaged in. And i also saw all the fellows who were at the south london polo - nice meeting you andy, and the 2 younger fellows on their rather dashing and new looking bikes. I'd be wary of playing polo on them if i were you.

He's been conspicuously funny over the last week or so. What's going on, eh?
4/5, a new bike; 11/10, class A drugs; 2/1, spring is in the air; 5/2, a natural high from spinning; 6/1, a team of writers.
