spotted: lots of people this evening, specially on blackfriars road. was hard to see past shoe level for specifics, though, cos i was carrying twice my own body weight on my back and it was pushing my head down. i only managed to hit two wing mirrors AND it took the best part of an hour to do 5 miles!

Nope, no tesco yesterday, my bike is blue and yellow. I usually take a 40l camping backpack for the big shop, get a weeks worth of food and pointless impulse purchases home in one go.
