Depends where they're locked. Pip (Greasy Slag) tends to lock his next to the police vans - clever lad. I sometimes lock mine to his or put it in the pen if I arrive early. FYI don't lock up anywhere up the steps / near the stadium as they will bolt crop the lock and put it in the pen for shits & giggles, sorry I mean for breaking fire regs.
The Police vans on Hornsey Rd? Clever but I worry about the Police's tendency to view bikes as terrorist threats and remove them, even if they are quite far from the ground, did he get the nod from the Police that it's ok there?
I always lock up in the bike park, it gives a little bit extra security, but not much so lock it up properly.

good to see you Jonny, looking dapper as ever. Here's the event I was talking about;

Would recommend the 5-day one next summer for enjoyment, or 10 days if you're up for destroying yourself (and bike). -

Massive bright orange Brooklyn propped up out the back of Brick Lane Bikes last weekend, specifically Sunday, specifically BRIGHT ORANGE. The same colour as a bike my brother had when he was young. He once rode to Worcester with the only the drive-side crank attached.

elguapo last night, 10.45ish Kingsland - looked sheepish and apologetic non-skidding to my "Do a skid" greeting... mallet, homemade front disc wheel, turning out of Downham, spinny gear - something tells me he might have been going home from polo.
also been seeing a lovely example of a Ralnago on Craven Terrace last couple of weeks on a Tuesday.. metallic green, still got some of its original features. Great stuff, lovely work.

Badpoppers on his way home. Really considering the implications of not riding Hi-Vis and helmeted now. Feel like a bit of a twat cycling so unprepared

6.30 this evening.
Strand.
You pulled up beside me and asked if I was a friend of Nhatt's I think?
And then exclaimed 'I know who you are! Do you want to go for a drink with some trendy musicians?'
Cheers for the offer but my dinner was being cooked for me so had to rush home!
I have no clue who you are or what your name is but very nice to meet you all the same.... -

Spotted max72 today in his shop..
Felt as if I was buying a clamp-on brake from a shop that specialises in Tweed hunting/fishing gear, a novel and enjoyable experience!

I was although I didn't say hello.
I mean I came to your stand by chance and oddly, even though I only had a vague idea of what it is you do, I knew it was you.. you visually suit your name!
Then you dropped a load of paper and watched some poor bloke pick it up I think haha.
I was with a friend who uses 'gears' on his bike and didn't want to have to do that whole 'err, yeah I know him off the internet' routine.
thats what i was thinking, she's defo a player, she plays proper dirty too.
