Was it also edscoble I saw in condor taking a cheeky photo of my bike and forevermore owning it's soul? ;)
Oh dude! I remember that beast coming into cyclesurgery a while back. I think i had a chat with you for a short while about the frame, because I had a similar bike a while ago. It has really really weird dropouts, if I remember correctly!
Nice to put a name to a face, retrospectively!

Hey! Yes I remember - nice to meet you too. It's certainly an odd beast - but very fun to ride. Although I must have done 60miles + on it yesterday going to Ripley and back, then doing the bff treasure cat. My knee is fucking killing today - I probably need with a good dose of HTFU.
See you both around!

Whoever has the white Bob Jackson with green spokes, parked up outside Kick. I would recommend something stronger than a cable lock if you're leaving it anywhere less public though, those things can be broken open using harsh language.

I swear I saw a bloke riding a ghost bike the other day, it was fully white, everything. was a mountain bike I think.

I rode into the filming of The Bill this afternoon.
I thought it was an accident.. there was a fire engine, fire rescue van, coppers and some moto leather-clad guy getting vocal with a copper. Then I spotted a camera.. wtf.. so I asked one of the suits (yeah, I found it odd there was a bunch of suits standing around.. it was the City.. but Sunday?!) what was going on and he said "filming for The Bill". I should've hung around and tried to get in shot.

a couple of days ago, kingsway, guy on a road bike with disturbingly tight clothes on, apparently they were just his commuting attire!
the view as i caught up with you at lights was enough to make me feel a little bit gay.

I saw some bloke who used to be on the Bill riding up Stoke Newington Church Street yesterday, all pissed up with no top on shouting at the top of his voice about how it had gone all shit since they re-branded the show.
NB: I made everthing thing up after the comma to make it sound more interesting.

I go up Greendale, about 8.45am, but it probably isn't me but someone with a flashier steed.
Could be this guy?

Winston looking calm and collected as usual down southwark somewhere. Hi mate.
Friendly blonde haired woman at Cambridge Circus on a nice neat metallic red Condor track bike this morning, saying nice things about my JRJ. Hello. I had such a lovely ride in today. Then friendliness with randoms. It's great to talk at the lights ... people in cars can't do that = cyclists win, again.

Hang on a cotton picking minute. Shouldn't he be at his Party Conference, failing to overthrow the leader?

I managed to flatten a schoolboy this morning. It was a proper Terry Tate moment. He wasn't too hurt.
Why, oh why do some retards cross the road behind a bus, when the bus is the first in the queue stopped at a ped crossing (with the green man on)?
also, who is the tall fella on the blue bob jackson through camberhell this morning? bullhorns, i think.

Oh yeah, ace ride this morning, just smooth and steady, nice temperature. However my right knee has a dull ache in it, I think I need to start covering them up.

Tobias zooming past just before Waterloo this morning, and on the way through Camberwell the largest number of cyclists without a clue what they are doing that I have seen for a long time.

My Dad's only ever gay kiss was with the bloke who used to play Reg Hollis in The Bill, back in the 70s. That's my most obscure (and noteworthy) claim to fame.

Or walk out without looking from in front of a bus, stroll across the crossing against the red man, whilst texting, without looking left, right, ahead or anywhere but their phone, and then blame me and accuse me of red light jumping when I crash into them (See my Friday spotted thread post) causing a hole in my elbow and a front wheel that needs truing.

I keep thinking about getting a helmet/bag strap camera for this reason.
I think that Clefty actually took the plunge and got one- I remember seeing a photo that she took with it on one of her rides in.
Very handy in a "your word against mine sonny" type situation.
Johnny: nope, that wasn't me... I haven't been out west for a long while! Spend most of my days going up and down newington causeway to and from spitalfields.
