Also met a German man on an ancient tourer equip with touring equipment - he said he'd done most of Europe and Ireland and was now doing England - He was about 65 and is now my hero! Sky blue frame with clunky looking (sorry!) metal guards on the back. Lovely saddle bag.You're always too far from me to get an ID on the frame but I see you trackstanding your way down Green Lanes most mornings until you turn off after the rise at Clissold Park.
Saw you do the same thing morning and then saw you again as you whizzed past me riding down Roseberry Ave.

That's the chap. I can't figure his route out - I always get to Upper Street before him so he must go some roundabout way through canonbury, but then he storms past me down roseberry ave making me look like a nodder.
