and the most beautiful courier i've ever seen on a gios bike.. it was a waynes world moment at old street/goswell road where i heard 'dream weaver' in my head and lost my bearings and missed the lights.

the mechanic guy with the dark beard at cavendish today who spotted me a seat clamp after mine broke while adjusting seat post height on my first ride ever on my new ride /on a track bike; the quads did a lot of work today but he sorted a better bolt out for me.
Cost three quid, had no cash, no sweat he says, dropped of a 5er off at closing on way back through, hope that contributes to a pint from me man!

I got a sneaky spot of you spinning down Dog Kennel Hill around 6:30.. I was popping over to sainsbury's from a friend's house around there and thought you'd rather not want to turn your head to check who shouted at you coming down that descent
