clerkenwell road - dude on a black bike, fixed. wearing 3/4 length leather boxing boots (there must be a proper name for them?) NO CLIPS NO STRAPS NO FUCKING NOTHING. at one point he did this little thing where he took his feet off, let the peddles do a full rotation and then started peddling again. i was straight up wtf'ing.
also met BRM properly on my ride in today. nice talking to you dude

Saw no fixed gear bikes in Brighton. Luckily my train left 3 minutes after I arrived at the station en direct from Lewisham. Shortest possible cycling day trip to Brighton FTW!

went to surbiton to pick a frame up and saw two single cog bikes (dunno if they were fixed)
both old school, a claude butler and very nice looking gitane.

a guy on an orange fixed frame, silver drops with black crank set (newish) and white bmx helmet going after the jamaica rd roundabout through surrey keys together, enjoying a few skipped reds. i liked the pace until that lil' hump up that bridge ;) i took over since dinner was early today. hope to meet again same time.

This morning, like almost every morning, I see you in the opposite direction on Peckham Road / Camberwell Church Street... but I still don't remember your name, we did the Overnight to Brighton in feb with Oliver, Fiddy, Crispin Glover, Eyebrows, Mc Carthy etc... You ride a bike with red kinda vintage red frame, 3M white reflector on the head tube (smart touch I thought), moustache bars, and you had/have a front dynamo hub that give as much light as a 38T lorry!
