Also, someone outside a shop somewhere southwest last night. You were on the phone and shouted 'do a skid'. Was with sorethroat on his red IRO
That was I on East Hill, you were grinning as you rode past, I shouted 'do a skid', you kindly obliged and grinned even wider. (The missus didn't quite understand what was happening -'Do a what?')

Hugely minor spot today!
In the Volvic 14 day challenge advert, when the fringey bitch mentions his active lifestyle he is rocking a red frame and yellow flop and chop bars with a single break.FREAKING THE MOST MINOR SPOT.

No.
Anyway...last night as I was on my way to West Beers last night from Cavendish I had a brief chat to an elegantly trackstanding man regarding the wheels I was carrying. Black IRO and sporting (I think) a Rollapalooza hat under his cycling helmet. Fellow forumenger? Apologies for failing to introduce myself.

Crossing Bishopsgate this morning as a suitenger on my way back to the office from a doctor's appointment, I saw a perfectly executed trackstand being performed at the lights at the end of Liverpool Street. I watched in admiration and then noticed that the rider poised motionless on the bike was none other than the legendary Shinscar. I recognised him by his smile.

From the Momospok comments:
What would you do it that were to come un-true? - same as any other three/four/five spoke wheel, they tend not to go out of true as they are not subject to the same mechanical issues as a standard spoked (laced) wheel - if there are any small truing issue these can usually be resolved by baking the wheel (yes baking !!) at moderate temperatures (180 degrees plus)..
You legend.

Kind of random, just came across this forum.
I was at Central Saint Martins school being signed in as a visitor and there was a courier waiting, once I'd been signed in I waved bye to her I walked through the school a bit. When I left she was still waiting.. Not sure which bike outside was her's and didn't have time to get a good look at any of them, maybe have been the one with chrome drop bars and what looked like a goldish coloured fork... very vague, didn't really look.Anyway, I just wanted to say sorry for my staring problem...

Button, the chances of finding a courier on here are slim. Most of us still don't understand that you can be a bike geek, look a bit like a courier, but not actually want to be a courier. It confuses us.
