illy
asm
illy Red fixed / single speed flip-flop parked up by Waterstones, Eldon Square, Newcastle on my way home tonight. Looked like quite a low gear for those hills.. do we have a Newcastle lfgss branch?
What the hell are you doing up here illy?! It wasn't mine though. Up here for long?
Passing through Newcastle on my way back to Northumberland for Christmas. Going back down for new year I'm afraid. Looking at these hills I can see why I never rode fixed when I lived here.
I live in Ponteland. Also back till new year. Whereabouts in Northumberland do you reside?

Lovely lads Teenfixie and Ratboy, causing mischief, harassing old ladies, and stealing candy from BMX-riding babies on the Southbank, whilst I busily played Santa. [/halo]
A pleasure gentlemen. Forgive any curtness on my part. I was extremely hungover, still, and that whole day was a blur.

Oh yes, and of course yesterday...
Do you ever get the feeling you're heading the wrong way?
On Commercial St I passed a young lady in stripy socks who looked at me like I was a little odd when I nodded 'hello'; a chap on a black somethingorother with green deep-Vs right behind her; and then there was the dude on the other side of Old St, just by Pitfield, on a sexy royal blue beastie with mean red deep-Vs and what looked like a mtaching wolly hat on his noggin.Anyone to any of these (I'm guessing the 1st two were polo-ists...)?

Just spotted a lovely white Faggin track with Atlantas in Muswell hill.
Pretty sure the owner was having a coffee in the Deli. -

Saw a couple (lady and gent) pushing their fixeds through Columbia Road market yesterday. Guessed they might have been going to bike polo, but when me and my lady arrived at the courts at the very top end of Brick Lane there was no one around - was it not on this Sunday? Not especially bothered - we were shopping there anyway.
Also saw a blue Pinarello on red V's and with red tape locked up outside Rough Trade off BL with another fixed with risers - both v. nice.

I used to go to dalston with my dad when I was a kid, he knew quite a few people there / had some business to do, can't remember. I do remember eating lots of great kebabs + pide, though.
Havn't been in about 10 years or so, though..
Good memories.. :)
