That's a contentious one. If you follow the OED model, then you're traumatized, but most people seem to think 'z' has been monopolized by the US.

Odd sweary word from city and urbanised parts of Australia. Used to describe people who live up in the mountains because when it snows they get to Toboggan. Naturally like any word used by an Aussie, it's been heavily bastardised.

I should point out that Aussies who live at a low elevation don't specifically hate sliding over snow on sledges and the like but the loucheness of Antipodean highlanders is myriad and varied and this is a common identifier.
