    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300270449522&indexURL=0&photoDisplayType=2#ebayphotohosting

    it seems too cheep?

    what you guys think?

  • Search on here for 'unipack'. It's shit and you would be wasting your money.

  • nuff said

    cheers

  • Hey guys,

Everybody say fuji track wheels aren't so good so I was wondering, if they had a market. ..I mean... If I was to buy a fuji track is it worth to upgrade straight away and sell the original wheels as new, or is it better to use them until they last

    thanks

  • Just use them, they wouldn't be on the bike if they were total sheng.

rear: open pro system ex hub 36 hole cant go rong

  • Wheels are alright, i never had any serious dramas with them..

Id get some new tyres....or at least a decent rear, due to the low quality of roads usually found in London and the UK

  • Thanks guys, will learn skidding on the original tyres :D

  • I've got the front wheel from a 2010 langster on my 2009 fuji, nice and straight, goes found as expected...

The rear is the original and is squiffy, playing with a spoke tool, but it just seems a bit naf...

Also the hub keeps loosening up and jiggling, definitely on for an upgrade...

Down at critical mass, proper lots of cycling type chaps, lots of fun

  • some great advice here!

  • Guys (and gals), I'm about to buy my first single speed for fun cycling, and have been trawling the forum for info. It's a choice between a Felt Brougham (Wiggle) and a Fuji Track 2010 (Evans). Both are around £350, and I was wondering which one I should go for? I know all the bikes around this price range are much of a muchness.

The consensus seems to be that the actual Fuji frame is good, but components are crap, but does anybody know anything about the Felt? Whether the Felt frame is good, or whether the bike is a nice ride. Actually, is a stock Fuji a nice ride?

    Much appreciated. Apols for noobness.

  • Go and ride 'em
    Enjoy.
Then come back and think about what you've done.

  • The Fuji give a pretty good ride IMO however because it is sold as a track bike I come stock without brakes therefore evans won't let you test ride it!

  • Evans didn't mind me test riding a bianchi pista with flat pedals, no brake and track gearing. That was a few years ago, mind, so they've probably had a policy rethink.

  • I've asked them to put brakes on for the test ride, and I'll take it around all the horrible potholed, spongy cobbly streets around London Bridge.

Cheers for the feedback so far. More appreciated!
