thanks jol, that looks great. i guess to get the really deep scratches out i'll have to use lot of elbow grease. if that fails, forms, i'll get in touch with you.

Wet 'n' dry of varying grades for the deeper scratches should see you right.

spin the bike on a trainer whilst someone brave enough holds the polishing pads to your rim :)

try screwfix or machinemart they have plenty of powertool accesories
