err, good question really. I've never actually been to clapham common, so I don't know how big it is... do you reckon it'd be difficult to stop a biggish group of fixie riders?

i reckon we meet somewhere really obvious, and separate from the other 'cyclists' so we look all indifferent and 'out there'.

clapham common is narrower than i thought it'd be. Also do you think we'll be able to get to the freewheel starting point if we're meeting in worthing?

Technically speaking, riding a fixed on something called the london freewheel is probably blasphemy.

clapham is cool for me, but the freewheel has one of it's rides going from there.

what time do you southerners want to leave? why not go after the nodders have left and buzz 'em on the way past.

I'm going to ride in with the gf whenever she is ready - so can't commit to a meeting point.

Ok I am confused, can some one give me meeting place and time (Clapham common area) and we should all stick to it. Having a blonde moment- plus my mobile is broken so wont be able to call.

I say 11am and do some of the route with all the others just for the vibe and the closed roads. It leaves at 10.30 so we can hopefully ride faster being behind.
