Do we want a womens' list and mens' list? It works for professional sports. Or do we just all stick on the same list? Seems unfair that the fastest woman on LFGSS may not get a gold, silver or bronze but, on the other hand, LFGSS seems like a unisex list kinda place. What do we reckon?

Y'all haven't seen shit;
Small child unicycle racing? That is niche. Are they falling over in that picture, or crossing the line? I can't tell...

this thread keeps getting better... If you guys put this much effort into proper racing, instead of aimless dick swinging, you'd probably all be Cat 2's by now!

"Elitist lycra clad roadie tossers"...lol.
I couldn't give two shits if you race or not, wear lycra, or ride a fucking brompton with twatty aero bars.
I just think it's funny that you're all talking about aero positioning, and shaving milliseconds of your times like its the fucking National TT champs or something. And then you get all cunty when someone points out that this thread is a pretty amusing read.
Like Dubtap said, you lot have got to be the most competative non-competative people in the world....

I will definitely admit that.

Lolz. Didn't mean to come across as "cunty". Sorry about that!
Its fun to talk about aero positioning and shaving miliseconds off your time! Anyway, everything counts. I rode a 115mi course with a target time recently and only nailled it by 47 seconds. Yes, training would have a bigger impact but given the slight headwind, my aero position probably helped a lot too.
Its all a bit of fun. Hence why I got irritated firstly at the tags at the bottom of the page and then by various people (not necesarily yourself) suggesting this is pointless and we should just go race.

aren't the tags ALWAYS just a bit of fun?
FWIW I'm with Rob. This is all a bit silly

Definitely unisex, it what made the LFGSS differ from other cycling community.
-
• #871
except we have a women's sub forum but no men's sub forum
i think there are a few ladies on here who could nail decent times - Stelle and Pocketfull

Isn't that the whole point of the RP 3 laps challenge? I though it was the case.

Definitely, there are some truly capable ladies out who may not realised how good they are.

sour grapes. we're having fun.

Good call, LFGSS.
I really need to get down to RP and beat my time, if only by a little bit. Would be so much easier if it wasn't for this job malarkey I have to do every day.

Not sure if the ladys would want to be a part of the dick swinging.....
