I thought he felt more intimidated by Hinata's clockwise times.

Definitely a tad windy today around the park, went around it for the first time with 50x15 gear ratio, need to change over to at least 48x15 to post a decent time...

What time did he post?
None, he had to cancel his ride.

Just done two laps with London's leading cycling coach. We kept within zone 2 HR and rode around at a pleasant social pace. We also saw Gordon Ramsay on his bike but we didn't stop to swear. Nice endorphin rush right now. Just goes to show that at this time of year, a steady ride as opposed to a record breaking ride, can work wonders.

isn't it all about smashing out 3 laps at full gas in the cold with no warm up?
-
• #1038
Apparently not. I was surprised. London's leading cycle coach was banging on about science and stuff. He may have missed the point.

Well fuck me that was cold. No improvement on previous time, concentrating too hard on not freezing my bollocks off. 2 pairs of shorts next time, I think. Moonlight was nice, though, and I saw a shooting star. I wished that I was faster.

Good job Spartacus didn't go for the 3 lap challenge, he was being paced.

[]Sam - 1:07:06 (G) - pootle, chatting for 90% of it
[]Damo - 1:07:06 (F) - pootle, chatting for 90% of itAre all the asides meant to mask the fact that this is a two man effort?
If this is that case, Dommy and I cracked out (almost) 3 laps yesterday, fixed 68-70GI.
One warmup lap, one lap acting like "weekend warriors who don't race" and a warm-down lap (scientific like).
Can I post this?
Can I also have a science graphic?Thank you.

What? Why you no finish 3 laps?
(ours was more of a side by side chatting. Until Dynamo appeared on the last lap and I tried chasing them. Unfortunately, I'm shit, I was hungover, and it was their more skilled members.)

We started straight from the gate, and I forgot to turn on the infernal machine, until we were into the lap. Most of the riding was done with a bit of discipline, so my post was just a piss take.
I might join you next week. Depends on if I get my geared wheel back, which I broke trying to fix it. We can ride side by side and I can tell you the story.

I will be in though Jaygee - if my knee and bike have recovered from my twat-driver spill yesterday.
Promise to work on the 'climbs' - no soft pedaling for you and Steve :)
He was checking out the Olympic time trial course. He wanted to do three laps to see if he could beat 6pt's time but Johan Bruyneel wouldn't let him because the roads were a bit mucky.
