i did the 69 miles in 4 hours 9 minutes - a good silver. andy and my mate oli would have been gold easily but they took a wrong turn and rocked up the beacon sometime after me.

still, top fun had. i am lying on the sofa pretending to listen to the cup final but mainly resting my eyes.

Shame they are oversized, you're kinda stuck needing the brake and everything. oversized brake lever and new cable is the easiest bodge. or the bull horns swapsy.
