I succeeded in track standing at the lights yesterday on my beater. It made me happy.

I find trackstanding with a freewheel a lot easier cos i can keep the cranks level even if i roll a bit...but i love trackstanding at the mo anyway...

No hand track stands make me happy. I don't have the guts to do them in looks at the lights though, major epic fail potential...

Hehe I did one the other day, and my mate Marco just had to go one up on me whilst we were at the lights, so he hopped onto the back wheel and did a sweet barspin.....showoff lol.

I love getting back into the commute, 7 miles in fifteen minutes, over motorways, through traffic, past fields of corn, straight into a protein shake and being so keen that I spilled it all down my front.

Now I'm sat at my desk, with chino's on, italian brown leather winkle pickers, a crisp blue shirt and a red and white striped tie. I look like I'm going on a rugby tour. And that's a hot look.

I love that I still beat my PB on my commuting time today, even with a headwind the whole way, and I love the Huuuuuuuuge sideways skid I did, after almost overshooting the turn off for my office, didn't realize quite how fast I was going when I got out of the slipstream of some car.
