Not sure if keeping half-vision through wet glasses was the safety-conscious decision but it definitely helped the flying sensation which ia what I was going for.

Coming home from holiday and really noticing how much happier, energetic and centred I feel.

Holidays that actually work, who'd a thunk it?

Getting a new record deck and finding a surprise 12 inch copy of Ace of Spades behind the bookcase.

Waking up early on a day that is going to be long: packing, travelling, pitching tents, dealing with kids etc. and then thinking:

"I'm going to need a good breakfast."

License to grill bacon, fry eggs, make rounds of toast, a pot of tea, juice, the works.

Mmmmm.

I also love second breakfast. Best meal of the day.
