For some values of compostable. Apparently you can't do it in a home compost heap (has anyone tried?) and my council doesn't want them in the garden waste bin. Perhaps they would have taken them in the food waste bin but they ditched that service nearly 5 years ago.

There's probably a combo of vinegar & bicarb paste or something that'll help degrade them at home, but yes non-compostible compostible stuff belongs in here.

I’ve been putting dog waste in compostable bags into the compost bin from when Chico has to unload when helping defend the allotment against anything evil or exciting. Can happily say that not a trace left after a few months.

Back on to ‘I hate’ though. Can I nominate aggressive yoof on private electric scooters? Another very near miss today.
