Music festivals are like very expensive bikes. People won't admit it but the truth is they wish they hadn't spend a lot of money a vastly underwhelming experience that failed to deliver the life-changing moments they expected.

Every year it's the same, there's no escaping it, great big crowds of people moaning about how shit Glastonbury is. Still, only 6 months till they can start telling everyone how shit Christmas is.

I hate shitty service...four weeks ago I went into an independent bike shop to order a Thule Ride along child seat, spoke to one of the stores two owners, showed them the seat I wanted from their own website, and was told it would be there the following Tuesday, and they will text.
A week passes, no text, so following weekend back to the store to enquire...oh, no, we didn't order it, we'll do it now same promise of next week and text.
Two weeks pass, no communication, so my partner calls and asks about the seat, "oh, yes, it's here".
Ok, so today I go in to pick it up, wrong fucking seat, one that requires a rack and not what I ordered.
I specifically went to this shop to help small, local business recover after covid lockdown, but they are just fucking useless.
Left the shop, went straight to a large national bike chain and bought the seat from them straight off the shelf.
