I dont think spinach is an 'aquired' taste, its simply a good taste. I fail to understand how someone cannot find the taste of spinach enjoyable.

Also, spinach is a vegetable. The term vegetable is not a scientific/genetic one. Edible Greens are often called 'leaf vegetables' and there is nothing incorrect about the terminology. Vegetables come from all sorts of species and are brought under the heading more by how they are used than what they are.

Peas are Legumes, Potatoes are tubers, a pumpkins/squashes/gourds are fruits yet they can all correctly be called vegetables.

Spinach is lovely. I hate vegetables but I love spinach, and actually buy it to eat. All other veg except potatoes, watercress and rocket only enter my diet by accident.

Vegetables are any living things that aren't animal or fungus.

Back to things I hate. I hate the cunt that stole my domain name, and my registrar for not bothering to contact me in any way about it.
