My cranks were making horrendous noises yesterday after i cleaned it...and i haven't removed them in nearly two years...so i figured they were a bit seized...hence i kept turning....then when it started to get easier i figured it was moving...until i saw the puller coming out wrapped in my lovely silver threads... :(

Well, that is not the situation i am in, unfortunately. But unless you can provide me with a new chain and Zero Stack headset, or a healthy sum equal to the amount of such items, there is really nothing a can do.
