I've got some taotronics, cost sub £20 and the quality is great for the price. Clearly not as good as £100 in ears, but better than "will do for gym" that was all I was expecting

Cool, I will check them out.
Whats the battery life like on them? -
• #1379
One thing to be wary of is that battery/control box on the cable. I had some earphones like this and any kind of movement would make that box swing around and pull the earphone out. It got old pretty quick.

Medium, I'd say? They're in ear so battery is quite small - lasts several hours, but to be honest as I mostly just use them for the gym it's hard to tell. I don't know how good any in-ear wireless will be just because of size.

Box on these isn't too bad for that - might be that the plugs just happen to fit my ears well though, which means the issue doesn't arise to any great extent.
Not saying they are flawless, but for the money I was very pleased so would be happy to recommend overall

Do you have a link?

Think price may have gone up by a £ or two as sure they were sub-£20 when bought, but perhaps I misremembered - £20 on the button now

They look good thanks

Any recommendations for a set of over ear, possibly wireless?
Can spend a bit if they're going to be really good - Sennheiser momentum seem to be fairly well rated, but wondered about other options.

Quite a few people on here, myself included, would recommend the Bose QC35s.
-
• #1388
Got a set of Bowers & Wilkins P3s for a steal, loud and expansive, unlike the shite Sony wireless on-ears I used once and returned
-

Another vote for the QC35s here - used every day since purchasing. Dreamy

Are you a Bose ambassador? :-P

Sennheiser HD-25ii. Simply the best headphone you can buy for the money. Sounds great, looks understated and lasts forever.

Picked up a set of the B&O H7 in the amazon prime day sale for £200
Will give a try and report back. If I'm not blown away will prob return.

Lost my Sony MDR-ex650s. Absolutely loved these for £45ish quid they sounded fantastic, felt really solid and looked great. I even mixed on them occasionally without feeling like I was disadvantaged.
Finger hovering over the buy it now button on another pair but I'd like to try Bluetooth in ears too. Can't seem to find anything around that budget likely to sound as good (or look as good). Anyone recommend something that will change my mind?

^Need to stick to sub £50 before anyone recommends anything more spendy.
-
• #1395
I've yet to see any good reviews for sound quality for bluetooth in-ears. Everything under £50 appears to be cheap and cheerful disposable Chinese stuff aimed at running/gym.
-
• #1396
Not from personal experience but reviews say the Soundmagic E10BT are meant to be good. I imagine "good" is the same as the E10 vs other £30 in ear headphones.
-
• #1397
Yeah E10s ain't great wired or otherwise. Think i'll stick with the cabled Sonys. I really rate these things.
-
• #1398
I'm not a pro audio user, but I really rate these Xaiomi Hybrids, also look great, good sound quality and dual drivers. For ~£20 they seem pretty great

there's a dude on one of the hifi forums selling a pair of oppo pm3s for 200+post, if anyone is interested in a sublime pair of closed back cans...
or, if someone wants a pair of sennheiser momentum, I will sell them mine and buy the oppos. £75 posted.
Considering some in-ear Bluetooth headphones
Maybe these
https://www.amazon.co.uk/d/n10/Brainwavz-BLU-100-Sport-Bluetooth-4-0-APTX-Headphones/B00YDVY34Q?th=1
or the slightly cheaper Delta version.
any others to consider?
Looking at the cheaper end of the market (£30-40)
Mic would be nice.
