I bought a 2011 classic in blue a couple of months ago, it's more or less standard at the moment because I spent all my money on the bike.... I've chopped the bars to bull horns though (instantly regretted it) when I have the money I want to replace the stem and the saddle (and replace the drop bars I hacked up) also I can see myself getting it repainted in a few months because although I like the look of the blue paint it has at the moment it just comes off too easily.

Please, I wanna put gears and breaks in the fuji track pro 2009, this is possible, , please dont kill me

Depends on who you know and what you want to spend.
If you know someone with machine tools and a TIG welder who is competent then you could do it I think.

Just no. It is a bike designed to be without gears.
Get a road bike with gears already attached.
Fuji have some bikes that are aesthetically quite similar to the Track Pro.

it would be very costly to do this, as you would need to replace almost every part, as well as weld bits on, which is not straightforward as it is an aluminium frame.
You could maybe, maybe add a hub gear? but why not just buy a similar looking road bike, which will end up costing you less and probably work better.

It's not possible I'm afraid for a number of reasons:
- the Fuji track pro frame has no way of attaching a rear derailleur to the frame
- the rear spacing will be 120 mm, whereas modern road bikes require 130 mm rear spacing
- the frame is not drilled for brakes
- there's no cable guides to allow you to route cables for gears and brakes
- the Fuji track pro frame has no way of attaching a rear derailleur to the frame

Just get a carbon Fuji SL frame.

You really are probably better off selling your track pro and getting a frame designed to take gears.

I wanna change the headset on mine for something a stronger with minimal spendage. Was thinking one of these two but not sure which way to go. Any advice much appreciated. Can't find any reviews on the second one.

been looking at the cinelli ant stem to replace my stock stem

I don't know if I really like drop bars. I'ìm going to buy grips for drop bars, and see how is the feeling without the bar tape.
But what about other kinds of bars? Do you think I could put a cinelli pepper on my fuji? I would like a riser, not wide. I was also considering bullhorns...i know the cinelli lola, but alternatives are welcome.
I would anyway continue using normal brake levers (at the moment with the drop bars I have them very close to the stem).
Cinelli are also cheap and don't seem to be very easy to find. A good stem would be also a good advice (shorter than the one I have would be much better for the riser). Black or white, both are good, I don't seek no fancy colours but no silver.

The cinelli ant stem is cheap and quite short like a bmx stem, good with risers.

You could alway put some brake hood one and see how that feel - same position as a bullhorn bar.

I've got cheap and cheerful charge spit risers on mine!

If by feeling you mean how confortable they are to ride, bars with tape are more confortable than ones without.
If you are going for more mash-skidding looks, of course a bullhorn is better choice. Nitto also makes ones http://www.tokyofixedgear.com/products/129-Handle-Bars---Bullhorns/

Getting a 2011 Fuji Track CLassic this week and really fancy putting a quill stem set up on it at some point. Anyone done this before or know if its possible? And if so any recommendations what stem to go for?
Cheers

You need an inverse shim.

Did the Nightrider on my Feather a couple of weeks ago, just got round to fixing the two flat tyres I finished with and decided to take a photo. Plan to build up some nicer wheels and change the seat at the moment.
