  • It is that well dodgy double roundabout known as Brockley Cross. I have many a near miss on it when out on a little hilly training loop round there (I live in Brockley) but this twat just launched into me.

Best thing was he tried the "he was obscured" defence.. But the insurance just laughed at him when the picture came through. "Obscured by what? Your stupidity perhaps?"

  • they could always put a set of traffic lights there (can you imagine the jams?!) but i like brockley cross the way it is. its..... home.

  • Cheers Oliver.

Haha@ brave. The crap that people who are in the wrong come up with.

This place is so confusing!!! Madness!!!

My flatmate was lucky no to be badly injured there, he was trapped in the middle of that evil double round about, cars coming from every where, he had to escape, and CRACK, his pedal broke!! I still remember that, was more than a year and a half ago, I had built him that bike, and felt bad about it, although there was nothing wrong with that pedal visualy, no rust, all normal... I am not equiped with X-ray machine to diagnose metal yet!!

That's mad! What luck about the photo.
I live round the corner from there, that double roundabout is mental, especially with all the little roads that feed into it nearby.
Welcome. I'll look out for you and shout something ...

  • my bike has now got a neon pink rolls saddle with a thomson layback post, and neon green tape instead of the pink.

^1 million points for having a penchant for clashing neon colours.

Recent pictures of my bike and face. I went and got matching E-number pink rims now, but only because they was cheap. If I didn't so very enjoy getting a bargain I would have a splendid yellow one on the back again.

  • New. To forum. And to fixed. As of yesterday...

No picture of my ride but if you see one of the new NJS Langsters in the Soho area it's probably me.

But thought you all might like the attached picture of me on a road training ride getting knocked off. As luck (?) would have it a group of students were taking pictures of the junction at the exact moment the cunt t boned me. Thanks to british cycling insurance I got £1300 out of him..
