What would you change? I'm always interested in other peoples opinions. Only thing I would really like to change is the the handlebar. My old track handlebar didn't fit into this stem, so this is a temp. fix.

i'd change the tyres, replace straps with double straps or clipless, pull the stem out a bit, and use sug 75 cranks. :)

Ultra Sport are really shite. Gatorskins are ok on the front. Have another look to see exactly what you're running.

You'll want a combination of a grippy front tyre (Maxxis Refuse/Continental Gatorskin) and a hard wearing rear tyre (Top Contact/Vittoria Randonnuer).

no i mean my legs go like the clappers on balham hill so i thought to change the sprocket on the back to make my legs not go as fast.
the chainring is 42t

i like the photo too but the lack of foot retention in your pedals is painful to the eye.
