  • Brian, is that red bike a cinelli super corsa?

  • yep, it is

  • Mighty Testes would probably think I was a total fashion victim too. Still, better than being a cunt nasty man.

@HenvY, don't play attention to the postings, it's just their way of saying hello.. no one has to conform to some right of passage or ridicule to ride a fucking bike..

individual style or self expression is the name of the game, not seeking appoval..

If others want to waste time arguing over what is and what ain't, let them kill this thread.. start over

ride strong my friend.. and welcome to the forum..

  • You have no face.....

nice build - seat angle aside, your seat looks really low, frame too big?

It was too low in that pic...if anything the frame is slightly on the small side, but I was having trouble with the seat being too high when I first got on so I just made a quick adjustment almost all the way down.

  • im henry and this is the bike I just finished. :) And I know right wtf@seat angle?

I've just burped a nugget from my bowel

    did you shit brix?

  • No, just brought up some stomach acid

  • Do us a favour and don't post it 'till it's finished!

(shit, sorry I sound like a right Nazi/Pistanator!!!)

  • Been meaning to do this for ages..

Me enjoying the snow in Viccy Park

The current ride. Old 501 Raleigh conversion. Being replaced very shortly with Holdsworth conversion - just got to decide on a colour to get the frame painted. Will be transferring most of the parts from the Raleigh.

You're not a hebditch are you? of the somerset clan?

  • PRICTANATOR, a true tosser

    Complete bell!

Hi Dean, took you a while to get back on here....

  • indeed i am a hebditch of the somerset clan...

  • Blimey - seems to be a lot of hating on this thread at the mo! Anyway, I'm a newly registered, longtime lurker and here's my new build. No face pic yet - am too shy....

  • Welcome to the forum. What's the Nelson like then? They seem pretty high-spec for the money. Have you weighed it yet?

  • Thank you :)

I don't have a lot to compare the Nelson to, tbh - previous fixed frame was a Fillmore and before that was into mtbs. I am enjoying it though - much more responsive than the Fillmore. Seems light but haven't weighed it! Quality wise it looks good to me, although paintwork is maybe a bit dodgy - cracked and flaked on the dropouts as soon as I fitted the rear wheel. For the money I am happy with it though...

  • I think when submitting to the Names and Faces thread in future all photos should match this pose.

  • Thank you :)

It looks like that'll be an awesome bike up the hills, light and stiff, with ergo bars too. So no excuses!

    ;-)

  • ^ Would look better with a drop lever though.

  • :0

    sorry :D
    here ya go:

  • Toe Clip straps?

  • @ HenvY - nice bike, esp. like the matching rim and tape. But you might find some foot retention useful if you plan on stopping ;)
