Well I've still got the same face, I think, but I'm now on my 3rd bike. Here's what it looks like, although it won't be like that for long. More to come...
Have you picked up the you know what ;), i'm trying not to jinx it here lol.

Off topic, but as yet can't start a post as still on the teat..
I'm newish in country, looking for some transport and have come across a great looking 80's Harry Hall track bike, 531, Campag rims, BB and Miche chainset, for about £300. As I don't know FA about the older manufactures here I was hoping if someone could tell me if this is a steal or not. Help a noob out. -

do a search. there is[ame="http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&safe=off&client=firefox-a&rls=com.ubuntu%3Aen-GB%3Aunofficial&hs=M9W&q=harry+hall+site%3Alondonfgss.com&btnG=Search&meta=cr%3DcountryUK%7CcountryGB"] info on this site[/ame] and elsewhere.
Sounds like an OK price for a complete track bike.
you may have to replace the rims with clincher and add a brake if you plan on riding this on the roads.
I think the shop is still running aswell? Manchester? -

Tomorrow :-) It'll be posted when it actually happens. I definitely don't want to jinx myself!

Thanks. Had searched site and google separately and not come up with much except the shop in Manchester. Just needed to search them together....
The wheels have been changed, the original Mavics come with it but the current owner switched them as fixed was too hairy on the road. A front brake is on and should be enough, a rear brake will be a problem due to clearances.
Cheers. -

There's a thread - https://www.londonfgss.com/thread3168.html - but I can't see any pictures on it anymore. I am at work though so the firewall may have blocked the pictures.
And Oliver +1.

I'm not sure I really want you all to see my bike, as it's a bit grubby and other than the halflink chain and hubs, the components are cheap and cheerful on quite a slick frame+fork set. But anyway, here it is:
How much did the F&F set you back, if you don't mind me asking? Edwardes are good.

What that picture doesn't show is you hopping onto the box, manualling across the entire length to 180 off the end. I take it this is the fakie roll back?
It's true - I was there.
