Modus Operandi... Is he a frame builder, because he's seriously pi55ed off an older mate of mine who's properly old school and legitimately selling a bike on the 'Bay with some pointless babble.

Fair enough. I've had a trawl around and found a thread where the bike has been slammed by this character. It was nice to see that the previous frame owner vouched for its provenance which says a lot for the point of a community.

It does seem a shame that some people want spend a lot of time dissing other people's stuff. Thought it was pretty hilarious that this dogsballs bloke was mithering that my friend "had a go at him", which is rich considering he made the first jab!!

I know for a fact that the guy in question is legit and that he put the bike together to take some shots before completely finishing it, so the chain doesn't now have one of those split link nasty things, and the tension is right.
