This is the typical Cambridge cyclists
With 25 thousand flashing lights on the back and 15 at the front, two helmets (one presumably as a spare in the pannier), a folding bike in the other pannier and a full body reflective suit. Plus they somehow manage to find things like hats and gloves that are reflective as well i mean GEEEESE like a fucking glove is gonna make a difference when you shine so bright oncoming cars have to turn their headlights off so they dont swerve into you. Anyway, safety first i suppose ay?

I see a few people like that on my commute to work in the morning. I imagine that if they ever used a stripped down track bike they would be faster than lighting!

I thought beside the fact it looks totally 531,
there were only disadvantages, like truing and the strength of the wheel.truing was fine and as strong as any other wheel

I snapped a spoke on mine and it was a simple enough procedure to replace. There isn't any difference at all, just aesthetics.

Me n the ride. Sirius 531c frame, Stronglight cranks, Surly chainwheel and cog, 105 brakes, Acor levers, CXP33 rims and Zenith hubs, in case anyone cares...

I'm from Cambridge and this is me. Well except more facial hair and a lot more lights. Oh and extra panniers one of those sticks with a reflector on that hangs out to the right and makes traffic swerve round me.
Eddie have you joined the Cambridge Forum yet and come on one of our Thursday night rides?

Keep it ghet-to with the plastic cups
I FUCKING LOVE THOSE RED CUPS!
My friend recently informed me that they were so no-one could tell what you were drinking in photographs/from a distance? Is that correct? -
• #5037
i think cos they are red they are faster to drink from...
it's seems this deep philosophical question is being pondered else where http://www.flamingspork.com/blog/2006/03/12/red-plastic-cups/
