nah the disc is purely because i had finished that bike pretty much and thought it was missing the custom component it needed to make it feel mine

plus even thought its made from coregarted plastic it makes me feel faster

MTB shoes (SIDI dominator) - the cleats are big (not as big as speedplay) - bit of pain to walk in, but I do it all the time.
