No hate here, that's a fine job. A gazelle also isn't a pristine fucking moser.
skoota
this is the kind of life this little puppy-angel death causer has. Slung up against a rusty sink and looked at adoringly. This is my bike, not posed or macro shot and displayed like a dirty wife in the porn section. goodness me i love my bike.

low bb (it's a conversion), look like long cranks and big pedals. do you not get pedal strike round corners?
-
• #1457
...But it looks good. So who cares (apart from RPM and winstan :)
The Architect Yeah i saw the spotted post a little while back. I was branded as 'The Victim' so im trying to wear as little Bape as poss and making my bike the air that I breathe! What bike did you have mate?
I had a bareknuckle till it had a close encounter with a car. Now I have a Lotus conversion till my Yamaguchi arrives next week.

why not spend less on crazy wheels and get a proper frame?
-
• #1459
you got vertical dropouts there? how's that workin?
-
• #1460
Dont get pedal strike or pedal overlap strangely enough. The frame is nice but have been on the lookout for a keirin frame at the right price. Its a road bike without horizontal dropouts. SO all in all it runs smoothly, has a basic frame and a few nice parts on it!
Just trying to get to grips with the weight of the arrospok then i will be free to do wheelies!

MrSmith low bb (it's a conversion), look like long cranks and big pedals. do you not get pedal strike round corners?
From this angle it doesn't look like the pedals would actually turn does it? :)
-
• #1462
very fashionable, when you get the njs frame lets all hope it crunch up like a tin can.is bieng a prick
-
• #1463
What's up your bumhole chrissy? That's not very nice, even from a cunt's, like me, perspective.
-
• #1464
chris crash why not spend less on crazy wheels and get a proper frame?
What difference would a 'proper' frame make?
-
• #1465
Architect is experiencing a standard baptism of fire.
Nice looking parts, stick with the upgrading please! (That seatpost/frame with those wheels?! :-P )
Well everything seems to be in order here - I'll be off.... -

Me like ! :)
You have it all, the white A-spok, the pink Deep V, brakeless, white saddle - :)
-
• #1467
i just don't get njs frames on the road, they are basically as thick as a tin can, and when you crash them, which you will, it will crumple up on you.
and all that money goes away.maybe i have just been reading bsnyc to much.

Thanks Tynan and all those who appreciate!
Yeah i know what you mean Hippy about the pedals not turning around!
I get a lotta stick for the 'trendy' look thats why im tryna ride hard! (Watching Mash too many times does not help!)

• #1469
it looks good, just would not stand up to the way i ride. chris CRASH

Ride the f@*K out of it and enjoy yourself. There'll always be some who like and some that don't. That's what makes it fun riding bikes. Due to the 'trendy' nature of fixed wheel bikes, there's begun a fashion-like snobbery towards owning a fixed wheel. A status. That's very unfortunate and won't last. I hate that shit! It's how you personally feel that matters. Why get a keirin frame when you can get an amazing British or European frame? Just make sure you're here for the right reasons...
For all the money you're spending on your bike you could've had a dream frame built especially to fit...
...maybe not from Witcomb though! $$$$$$$$See you on the road ;-)

I like the stem/bars/grips all vanishing into white. That looks ace. All above comments hold up too tho.

Hey, Archi-tec-it, I sort of agree with Tynan (for once) - whatever floats your boat. In an odd way it works, the geometry on that thing gets people talking and you've got enough guts to ride that f***-ed up rear wheel.
The image does make it look like pedal strike mania, though. -
• #1473
architect, i think i used to see u quite often in bws couple of years back
-
• #1474
Yeah I understand what you guys mean about the pedal strike look of the image. I have never encountered it yet. Will post a better picture to show the pedals and cranks a lil better. On the pic the cages look extra long because of the edges of the straps are curled up. Apart from tht all is good.

That last page was pure fucking bikeforums. Bad form london. If homeboy likes his setup let him ride it. Also chris, you should know better than anyone else (Mr. Ibailedonnycandlondontolearnhowtobuildframesinhippydippyfuckingoregon) that japanese builders can make a frame just as strong as anyone in the world if you ask them to. The problem is that most keirin frames (I was guilty of this once) are used, track specific, and crashed frames. That's why they break.
And if homie wants to ride a heavy ass deadweight up front with pain-in-the-ass-to-retrue wheel in the back holler at him so long as he can hold his shit together on the road.
