Spot on about rims, laced to low flange Phil. Bars are world famous Bontragers aka Spotter Bars.

I just built up a pair of deep SL42 laced to dura ace 7600 but I also bought a pair of wheels which are 7710 hubs laced to Mavic CXP33 rims for a build.

I don't fancy the superdeep profile of the sl42 TBH.

Might just paint the brake surface of the cxp33 black and call it a day but the tb14 rims look so classy.

It's all very personal. I just never was a fan of deep profile rims, unless it's carbon and being raced, otherwise not for me. Deepest rims I've owed were the old version of Rigida DP18 at 30mm.
As I said, it's all very personal.
I think your Mavics with painted braking surface will look good.
