well, they're not as easy as clip and strap, but they're another way of 'clipping' in.

personally I don't find them as secure as proper clip and strap, but least you got another option.

Cool, yeah i ride with the fixed gear leeds guys all the time, just a bit of fun really. You should get out on a ride, we usually just go for a cruise and have a few beers...

Bob jackson - bit embarassed about how hipsteresque this it - will be sorted as soon as someone reccomends a place to sandblast it, and someone that can line the lugs for me. Silver chain is waiting to go on with 52 chainring as soon as 19 cog lands.
