no, don't think jail is part of their remit. Prob why the federal investigation was quashed-no jail on the table but retrospective bans, then also legal action from all the companies that he took money off of for winning his titles.

It looks like the USADA decision to prosecute has caught the UCI off guard, so they'll keep their collective heads buried in the sand for now.

The UCI is not aware of the information that is available to USADA on the persons concerned and has not been involved in the proceedings opened by USADA.
