  • Holy fuck.

    I missed yesterday's finish.

    But wow.

He left them all standing in the peak of their sprints.

  • Froome's been a bit silly allowing the Cound-dog to tarnish people's view of his professionalism. He's done almost everything right on the road, she's whinged and bitched the whole way. If my OH was all over the web telling everyone I'm way better than my boss and the senior management is holding me back, words would be had.

  • All Michelle Clown has managed to do is reinforce stereotypes of WAGS while Froome has been utterly professional throughout. He has paid his dues and Sky will honour that debt now, I am sure

  • just watched yesterday's stage again: never get tired of that sprint. Sanchez's reaction is priceless

  • ok officially nervous now

  • "There's only one way Wiggins can lose today: if he realises the monumental achievement that is within his grasp," writes Paul Griffin. "In order to prevent that happening it is imperative that he feels it is just another TT, perhaps an evening club event on a windswept dual carriageway. In order to help Wiggins with this notion, it is vital that roadside British supporters scream abuse - 'Get off the road, you don't even pay road tax,' or, for the really sophisticated humorist, 'Get off and milk it.' I also suggest David Brailsford promises the glittering prize of a tubular tyre if Bradley wins the Tour De France."

    From the Guardian's live coverage.

    Made me smile

  • Can someone please make a meme of "Get off the road, you don't even pay road tax you cunt!" Meme with a picture of Wiggins TTing in Yellow?

I want to show my support :)

  • Working in Boston this weekend, can't believe I'm going to miss the final stage tomorrow. CNBC has the worst coverage, 3/4 mins of footage followed by 6mins of repeat adverts. Fkn annoying.

  • Vinokourov's wheels are awesome!

  • ^Hipster.

that might be hard seeing as Wiggins hasn't ridden it yet.

  • He was in yellow for the Dauphine, though not sure about the TT.

  • Has anyone got a link to decent live feed that will run on an iPad? Can't seem to find one.

  • Tvcatchup.

  • I'm in Boston for a bit, so itv player doesn't work. Will have to just put up with CNBC I thnk.

  • He was in yellow for the Dauphine, though not sure about the TT.

He was in yellow for the last TT in the Tour as well

  • This is pretty cool, an infographic showing the top 10 TdF winners from 1903 to 2011

Has everyone forgotten stage 9 already??

  • that's a yes.

  • ^^^Great info - surprised there's only ever been one German winner, and can't help but squint at the big yellow Spanish block in the last 15 yrs.

  • ~~^ Realised it can just be copied and pasted. Enjoy. ~~

    Or not. Move along.

  • Has everyone forgotten stage 9 already??

No, that's exactly what I was referring to.

The last (or previous) TT in the Tour before this one was stage 9.

  • He was in yellow for the Dauphine, though not sure about the TT.

With a very see-through skinsuit. Gave my female housemate quite a fright

  • Here he goes! How come he is using cabled gears? Must be one of the only riders not to be on electronic.

  • Something to do with compatibility on the crazy chainrings?
