  • The overhead replay was beautiful

  • wtf! cav on turbo mode! woohoo!

  • Oh my dayz. That's quick.

  • Ha! didnt realise i started cheering cav on whilst siting at my desk in the spanish office... now they know why my work load is piling up!! oops

  • Twice as fast as the rest!

That is the best sprint finish I have seen all Tour!

  • I can't wait to see this on the highlights this evening.

  • The little man has been waiting for that

  • even my wife appreciated that sprint

  • I'm not ashamed to say that I did a Tim Henman Weedy Fist Pump at my desk over that. Lovely stuff.

  • My colleague, pointing at Roche I think, says "that bloke's going to win this one. It's obvious" just as Cav explodes towards the line

  • fuck! HOW?!

  • half my office was just cheering on then to the commentary. Freaking outstanding. Give that man some MONEY!

  • I haven't seen it but boy I am happy. Cav gives me goosebumps proper style, nothing on earth I prefer watching than him monstering a sprint. His World Championship win ranks as one of the all-time best-sporting-things-I-have-watched. I have to be careful getting too excited watching because if I start shouting and I have my dog nearby he's gets excited and trys to bite my face.

    Trufax

  • Incredible.

Without 15 waterbottles up his jersey he can go quite fast.

  • Really looking forward to seeing the yellow jersey leading Cav out in Paris on Sunday.

  • even my wife appreciated that sprint

    That's what she said.

Yeah it's going to be amazing

  • Reckon Cav's been playing possum; he's just put the fear of god into the sprinters going to the Olympics just when they thought they might have the measure of him.

Are you going to be there Clive?

  • Some PR company emailed and asked if anyone from the office can get to Paris ASAP because there's a spot for dinner at the US embassy and then a seat next to the finishing line. I'm at a Jane Eyre museum with the missus instead, because I'm a prat who doesn't listen properly when asked questions. FML.

  • @dubtap: I reckon you're onto something there. They must be shitting buttons.

  • Explaining he saved so much energy during the Tour, 'doing nothing'

    Amazing

  • Been texted by two different people about the sprint, come on here to find everyone going on about it too. It sounds like I missed a good one.

"Sorry honey, very important job on at work, my job is at risk if I miss it. I'm so upset that I cannot go with you kthnxbai!"

You need to say something along those lines.
