  • It's windy today, the road is flat and gets narrow as is zigzags to towards the coast and there are thousands of naked women at the finish
All the teams will be wary of the peloton splitting and want to stay well forward.

  • Yes, I heard the same.

    Sagan FTW.

  • Went to Cap D'Agde on holiday after my A-levels years ago, my mate's Mum suggested the place but didn't tell us it was a nudist colony.
Spent the entire week trying to drive a boat round to the beach, which ended with the engine cutting out, us nearly crashing it into the sea wall, and eventually getting rescued by a French couple in another boat, the woman, for inexplicable reasons, was bleeding profusely.

Can't say I liked the place.

  • One of my stripper friends owns an apartment there. Seems a bit redundant when she'll get her kit off in the Flying Scotsman with very little provocation...

  • glad you joined the conversation here, the stage is a bit boring so far

  • very strange sprint...

  • I shouldn't have said it was boring, now they're falling off again...

  • "a trackground on the back"

    rag week?

  • Stay classy...

  • "a trackground on the back"

Easy to make a Spoonerism in live commentary.

No excuse for the French press getting their Millars mixed up:

  • 30 points docked for Gossy's swerve yesterday: think the commissaire's need to make the punishment fit the crime. Takes a lot of interest out of the green jersey competition, as witnessed by that ridiculous intermediate

  • Is that Sidi 'recipe for success' advert on UK Eurosport too? Madness.

  • What was the graient on Mont St Michel? Looked brutal.

  • Morkov looking like Dan Francis going up that climb

    "Aah...I've got a hamstring cramping!"

Still, much better than i'd look going up there

  • Is that Sidi 'recipe for success' advert on UK Eurosport too? Madness.

This is almost as good as the aspire academy advert,

    Aspire to......

    Aspire

    20 degrees in parts

  • "a little hill"

  • Too big for Cav to finish in the sprint

  • Looked hard to me.

Love the way Sagan doesn't need a lead out.

  • 5 out of 6 picked on ITV picked Cav. Oh.

Meanwhile, on the Tour de Francis:

I got into work and smashed it out, then smashed through some people on the tube and got on the Col de District line, the driver smashed it through Tower Hill so i got off and smashed it up the Etape du Fenchurch Street escalator. Got on the Team C2C train and cried my eyes out, got off rung the Mrs, cried, then run home and smashed the sprint stage. Got in and smashed my dinner, then went to the garage, smashed the lock, lifted the door to find my crappy Carrera smashed to bits due to some dodgy welding. So went indoors and smashed the back doors off the Mrs. Smashing!
