SKS raceguards, fit 25s?
-
• #1628
Yes.
25 on wide rims may required more finesses.

Are they the the best for no eyelet Disc brakes?

hello everyone. ive just bought a lovely set of pdw city mudguards 45mm. what is the largest size tyres anyones managed to fit under them? i'm hoping to squeeze in either compass barlow 38s or panaracer pasala 35s. cheers!

Depends on how far you can get the fender from the tire.
With enough clearance you can fit any tire under any fender, though of course big tire + narrow fender = useless. -

yes thats true of course. would still like to keep dry! found this:

Generally a 10-12mm difference between fender and tire size is aesthetically most pleasing.

Yeah the thinner ones. You basically can't get 25's under them. You can but it's sooo tight as not to work properly.
They come with p-clips
Thanks. That does sound much use then. I wonder if it could be solved with a small piece of rubber under the strap. It's a shame as the 'guard seems pretty decent in all other respects.
