  • no fifteen months ago i was pioneering the 'heelys' trend...brakeless of course

i moved onto the 'fixie' trend some time this morning, good isn't it!

  • Part of the bikes appeal is that it is compact and ideal for the city. It can take a lot more punishment than the track specific bikes.

As for looks most people love it or hate it. I know I'd hate a massive head tube a lot more. The bike is functional and is a pretty much do all fixed gear bike.

Oh and I think I heard somewhere that Austin 'Horse' was doing cyclo cross on his Gangsta. Try doing that on a Bob Jackson

  • i moved onto the 'fixie' trend some time this morning

You're SO out of touch! Fixed gear was declared dead this lunchtime!

  • well i was onto lo-pro by brunch, oh i can't keep track, i'm moving back to the micro scooter. i'll just hope and pray the masses follow so i wont be so lonely ricketing down the street. YES TAILWHIPS!

  • Completely off subject but...

Why don't Chris King make fucking track hubs? I'm so taken by the strong and pretty headset in my left hand.

very good question - i've been riding kings on my mtb's for years and they are truly superlative.

  • that was until i got a set of xtr's trade price from my mate at madison ---- off-topic, sorry

  • there's something about that 50cm gangsta that is not quite right?!?

  • needs a flat stem?

  • You're SO out of touch! Fixed gear was declared dead this lunchtime!

Wrong, Fixed Gear was declared dead about a month ago in the Sunday Times Style magazine. Was going to post it but copy got chucked out. Girlfriend *loved *showing that to me.

    P.s. I really want a BMW.

  • "the boys allways give us a second look"

  • Photoben, I'll sell you Scott's BMW?

  • 50p?

  • It's worth at least one pint?

  • Deal. Pint of Babycham for the lady?

  • The Gangsta, like all other BMW's is a great looking machine - compact geometry only looks wrong when the manafacturer tries to stick retro bits/paintjob to them. A sloping top tube on the right machine looks right.

Personally i love the way BMW are designed for purpose first, looks second which is actually what makes them look so good

  • Can I have these as well please?

  • Only if you drink the babycham out of them.

  • Have you ever drank Baileys from a shoe?

  • I went to BMW when I was in NYC this summer but got scared when I arrived so didn't go in!
Has anyone ever crossed the threshold into their building?

    Why stupid?
Looks like a shite load of fun to me!

How does the back sus function? The frame looks rigid on the pic.

Not for sale actually. He's keeping it.

  • Wait just looked closer at the second pic....

The round seat tube is sitting insde the box section seat tube (is that a seat tube if its not connected to the seat?)

    :z
