you could have used two seatpost clamps, with the lip sanded off the lower one, and route the cable through that.

Guy in my LBS said the mini-v were quite harsh and either on or off. But I've not got experience of them or cantis. Open to suggestions and experimenting with both :)

That spokecard has put up with a lot of abuse and hasn't disintegrated yet, though I'm not sure it'll survive the winter. We'll need to have a 2015 summer gangsta party.

Mine's the best, no contest, nada nada.
When I get it back, it gonna get much more attention, carbon SMP saddle, long 110mm stem, wide wide archetype and better brake cable housing.
