Induction is kinda meh.

I know, always thought I would stay with gas but have been pleasantly surprised. Instant heat, very controllable and safer for little fingers when the kids her involved.

Ha, no just for say pasta. You can boil a large pan of water from cold in a min or so. A small milk pan will take seconds....hey it's not pro, but very convenient
